2013 Christmas Parade Contest Winners

The annual Christmas Parade was held December 14 with the theme, "The Magic of Christmas".  The top entries in each category receive trophies with the top three entries receiving cash prizes--1st place receives $300, 2nd place receives $200, and 3rd place $100. The 2013 winners are listed below.

2012 Veterans Day Essay Contest Winners

Below are the winners of the 2012 Veterans Day Essay Contest sponsored by Paducah Parks and The Daughters of the American Revolution.  The contest was open to all students in Paducah and McCracken County Schools.  The winners were invited to ride on a float in the Veterans Day Parade held Monday, November 12, 2012 at 11 a.m.  Congratulations to all the winners.  Judging was divided into four grade divisions:
