One man has been arrested and Paducah police are seeking the public’s help in locating a second in connection with a drive-by shooting late Sunday at Dudley Court apartments.
A man told police at 10:53 p.m. Sunday that he was at the apartment complex when a man fired a gun at him from a passing black Chevrolet Cruze. He identified the driver as Derick Martin and the passenger as Liwan Martin, according to Det. Corey Willenborg.
Derick Martin was located and arrested at 4:50 p.m. Monday. He was booked into McCracken County Regional Jail. Police have obtained a warrant for Liwan Martin, but he has not yet been arrested. He is known to be armed.
The two men are not related, officers said.
