Organizational Values Video – Solution Driven

This video features six City employees from the Engineering-Public Works, Parks & Recreation, Planning, and Fire departments discussing how they embrace the value, Solution Driven, in their jobs.  In December 2018, the City of Paducah adopted a new mission statement and organizational values.  The values are personal accountability, fiscal responsibility, solution-driven, customer experience, action-oriented, and every person matters.

Solution Driven - We believe in proactively working together to discover innovative solutions that meet our current and future needs.

The nearly 3-minute episode features the following employees:  Katie Axt, Josh Sommer, Brandy Topper-Curtiss, Amie Clark, Chris Giurintano, and Chad Clark. 

The final video featuring the value, Customer Experience, will be launched next month.
