The City of Paducah will receive sealed bids for Grounds Maintenance of City-owned lots until 10 a.m. on Monday, February 4 at the Commission Chambers, Second Floor, City Hall, 300 South 5th Street, Paducah, Kentucky 42001, at which time all bids will be opened publicly and read aloud.
An award shall be made to the responsible bidder who submits the best evaluated bid.
A Mandatory Pre-bid Meeting will be held at the Parks & Recreation Office located at 1400 H.C. Mathis Drive, Paducah, Kentucky on Tuesday, January 29 at 10 a.m. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is mandatory for all bidders.
The City of Paducah, Engineering-Public Works Department will receive sealed bids for the purchase of One (1) New Diesel Dump Truck with Snow Plow and Salt Spreader for use by the Engineering-Public Works, Street Division on Thursday, January 24, 2019 at 2 p.m. CST. All Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Commission Chambers, Second Floor, City Hall, 300 South 5th Street, Paducah, Kentucky.

BID EVALUATION - AWARD OF CONTRACT: After reasonable consideration of all bids received, a Notice of Award will be given to the responsible bidder who submits the responsive bid of the lowest evaluated bid price in accordance with the specifications.
PREFERENCE TO KENTUCKY BIDDERS: In accordance with KRS 45A.365, prior to a contract being awarded, a resident bidder of the Commonwealth shall be given a preference against a non-resident bidder registered in any state that gives or requires a preference to bidders from that state. The preference shall be equal to the preference given or required by the state of the non-resident bidder.

All contractors and subcontractors doing business for the City of Paducah shall adhere to this policy.
