Fiscal Year 2008-2009 City Budget 

At the May 20 City Commission Meeting, Commissioners received the City Manager's Budget Letter for FY2008-2009.  Among other things, the letter provides an overview of the City's finances and presents lists of decision items that the Commission will need to review and prioritize before the beginning of the upcoming fiscal year.  FY 2008-2009 begins July 1, 2008.  For a summary of the May 20 Commission Meeting, click Commission Meeting Highlights.  At the June 10 Commission Meeting the Budget Ordinance was introduced.  Below is the Fiscal Year 2008-2009 budget book.  It is a pdf file, 373 pages long, 4.5MB.  You'll find the City Manager's budget letter on pages 10-45, and the budget ordinance on pages 51-57.
