Martha Argotte Thomas
Martha Argotte Thomas is a Human Resource Generalist at Lourdes Hospital. She is also the Chairperson of the Diversity Council. Argotte is the Chair for Calling All Colors, a diversity program for middle school students sponsored by the Interracial Women's Group as well as a member of the Interracial Women's Group. She is also a board member of the Merryman House Domestic Crisis Center and a member of the Cooperative Extension Council of McCracken County, an extension of the University of Kentucky. Argotte is an active member of St. Thomas More Catholic Church, and she teaches seventh grade Faith Formation for Catholic students attending public schools. She grew up in Long Island, New York and studied Organizational Behavior and Communications at New York University. Argotte relocated to Paducah in 2004. She is blessed to have a son, Andrew.
Reverend Bernice Stewart Belt , M.S.; C.C.C.
Reverend Bernice Belt is married to U.S. Army Retired Harold Belt. She is an Associate Minister with Washington Street Baptist Church where her servanthood includes Christian Counselor, Director of Performing Arts, and a facilitator for New Members/Prospective Members Orientation. She is employed by West Kentucky Community and Technical College teaching "Strategies for Academic Success." Reverend Belt is a 2008 candidate for Doctor of Theology. Her community ministry iincludes Christian Women United, NAACP, Interracial Women's Group, and the Golden Echoes of Paducah. She is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors and a Duchess of Paducah.
Art Davis
Art Davis began teaching band at Paducah Tilghman and then became Assistant Principal of Student Activities before taking on the role of Principal in 2003. He earned his music education degree at Murray State University and his master’s degree from Southern Illinois University. He also has a rank 1 certificate as well as his level I and II principal certification. Davis is a member of Omega Phi Psi Fraternity and is the vice president elect of the Kentucky Association of Secondary School Principals. He is a member of St. Thomas More Catholic Church.
Mark Rowe
Mark Rowe has been married for 15 years to Kimberly Rowe and has two children, ten-year-old John Marcus, Jr. and 14-year-old Allison. Rowe has been the minister of the 9th Street Church of Christ in Paducah for the past nine years. He is currently serving on the board of the United Way and has previously served as both member and chairman of the board for New Pathways Children's Home, council member for Paducah Head Start, and Bridging the Gap for Paducah Public Schools.
