As a fundraiser for Oscar Cross Boys & Girls Club, Paducah Beer Werks (301 North 4th Street) is holding the Local Licks Festival with music and a kids zone. The event will be on the parking lot of Paducah Beer Werks and on Monroe Street between 4th and 5th streets. That section of Monroe will be closed to vehicular traffic for the event.
