Parcels of opportunity! Nearly 80 lots are available through the City of Paducah.
The City ends up with property through a variety of ways including donations. We are selling these lots (each with a minimum bid of $325) with the goal that they will be developed to further enhance our neighborhoods.
The Planning Department is accepting proposals until 4 p.m. on August 24.
