On Tuesday, April 16, the City of Paducah’s phone vendor will be upgrading the system’s software. The work will begin at 5 a.m. and is expected to take approximately three to five hours. The goal is to have the phone system operational by 8 a.m. However, the upgrade may take until mid-morning.
This software upgrade will NOT affect 911 operations or the email system. We apologize for the inconvenience.
