Date of Release:
September 11, 2020

Date of release:  September 11, 2020

Beginning Monday, September 14, the main entrance to Bob Noble Park off Park Avenue will have intermittent closures for approximately a week.  During that time, contractors working for the City of Paducah will be placing pipe and milling and paving the main access road and the roadway and parking area adjacent to the tennis courts.

Please watch for the traffic control devices.  Pedestrians and bicyclists are asked to avoid the area when closed and while the contractors are working.

The City is working with three contractors to complete this project which will enhance the area around the tennis courts:  Charbon, Harper Construction, and Jim Smith Contracting.

The public can continue to enter Noble Park via the entrances on Cairo Road, H.C. Mathis Drive, and Park Avenue by the baseball fields.
