Mayor George Bray and the Paducah City Commission invite the public to attend the first Commission Meeting for 2023 which will be held at West Kentucky Community & Technical College’s Crounse Hall, Room 101. The meeting will begin at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, January 10.
Mayor Bray said, “The City Commission has made a commitment to hold commission meetings periodically in remote locations away from City Hall. The intent is to provide easier access for our citizens in closer proximity to their homes outside of a governmental setting. Open and transparent government are principles of this commission, and it’s important to provide access to the way government operates to a wide spectrum of people. Also, we will allow public comments on issues important to citizens. This is a true opportunity to learn about government operations and voice your thoughts about city matters. Please consider attending.”
The meeting agenda and packet will be posted for the public to view this afternoon. Visit Commission Meeting Information for details.
