Commission Priorities - 2023
After holding strategic planning sessions on February 24 and March 10, the Board approved on March 28 ten Commission Priorities and five Continuous Improvement items. A mid-year report will be presented in July, and an annual report will be provided in January 2024. Substantial updates on specific tactics will be provided when necessary. The Board of Commissioners and City Manager’s Office are involved in each priority item.

The Paducah Board of Commissioners held a strategic planning session in February 2022 to review the 2021 priorities and determine the 2022 priorities. The Board adopted 10 Commission Priorities on March 22, 2022. The Board also identified three items that were priority action items in 2021 for continued focus as Continuous Improvement Items.
