Paducah Historical Preservation Group, Inc. (PHPG) is holding a Black Film and Filmmakers Festival in coordination with Maiden Alley Cinema. Tickets are required to attend the film festival. Roadways around Market Square will be closed to vehicular traffic for art and book vendors.
