Ponderings from Paducah - MyPaducah, A Fresh Way to Connect with Your City
Paducah has a new and improved way for residents to connect with City services — the MyPaducah app and online portal, powered by SeeClickFix through CivicPlus.
This new platform replaces our previous shared-container app with one that’s fully branded for Paducah. That means a smoother experience, better functionality, and more direct communication between you and your City government.
With MyPaducah, you can easily report issues such as solid waste collection, potholes, tall grass, code enforcement requests, and park maintenance needs — right from your phone or computer. Just type in the location, add a quick photo if you’d like, and hit submit. You’ll receive updates as staff review and resolve your request. Plus, you can see other reports in your area to stay informed about what’s happening in your neighborhood.
But the real success of this app will come from follow-through. Each request represents someone who cares about their community, and our City staff take that seriously. We’re committed to timely and transparent responses and to closing the loop with residents every time.
MyPaducah is more than a reporting tool — it’s a reflection of how we’re building a more connected, responsive, and customer-focused city.
Download MyPaducah today from the Apple App Store or Google Play, or visit MyPaducah to learn more.
